Starting with a passion for unity and support of our people, the vision began to surface. We started our organization to shed some positive light on Black and Minority businesses in our community.
In July 2022, we launched this website as a resource to find black and brown authentic owned and operated small businesses. In 2025, we spun off into a non-profit to further the growth and stability of these small businesses for generations to come. The proceeds from our directory will fund training, mentoring, networking, and capital readiness for entrepenuers and small businesses to help bridge the gap.

As our co-founder, Shaq embraced the importance of pouring back into the black and minority community through awareness, education, and partnership. He devoted his last few years to help build the foundation of our vision and spread the word about BobMob.
